Directions for Use

1. Unwrap: Remove the individual wrapper from the pad.
2. Position: Peel off the back release paper and firmly stick the pad onto your underwear.
3. Secure: Peel off the wing release papers, wrap them securely around both sides of your underwear, and press firmly.
4. Dispose: After use, roll the used pad tightly in paper and throw it into a waste bin. Do not flush.

Note: For optimal hygiene, remember to change your sanitary pad every 6 to 8 hours.
