Directions for Use

1. Unwrap: Remove the individual wrapper from the pad.
2. Position: Peel off the backing paper and stick the pad firmly onto the centre of your underwear.
3. Secure: Peel off the wing paper, wrap the wings snugly around the sides of your underwear, and press down.
4. Dispose: Roll the used pad tightly in its wrapper or paper and throw it into a dustbin. Do not flush.

Note: For optimal hygiene, change your sanitary pad every 4 to 6 hours or as required.
