How to Use

Apply a pea-sized amount of Colgate Total Advanced Health Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly for at least two minutes, making sure to reach all quadrants of the mouth, including teeth, gums, and tongue.
Spit out and rinse thoroughly. For maximum whole-mouth protection, use twice daily—once in the morning and once before bedtime.
