How to Cook

1. Boil Water: Bring 1 litre of water per 100 g of spaghetti to a rolling boil in a deep pot. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil.

2. Add Spaghetti: Gently slide the long strands in; as they soften, press them down gently into the water.

3. Simmer & Stir: Cook uncovered for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite (al dente).

4. Drain & Sauce: Drain the water thoroughly and toss immediately with your favourite warmed sauce or olive oil infusion. Serve piping hot!

Chef’s Secret: Don’t rinse the cooked spaghetti with tap water! The natural starches on the surface help your sauce cling onto the strands rather than sliding off to the bottom of the bowl.
