How to Apply
1.1. Slip On & Position: Align centre.
Slip the main sleeve over your foot like a sock, ensuring your heel sits comfortably in the heel opening.
2.2. Wrap Strap in Figure-8: Cross over foot.
Take the elastic binder strap, cross it over the top of your foot, wrap it under the arch, and bring it back around the ankle.
3.3. Fasten & Adjust: Fasten securely.
Secure the hook-and-loop fastener to achieve your desired level of tightness and compression.
Usage Tip: Ensure the wrap is snug enough to offer stability, but not so tight that it restricts circulation or causes tingling in your toes.
