How to Prepare

1. Clean & Sterilise: Wash your hands thoroughly. Ensure the child’s cup or glass is clean and dry.

2. Boil Water: Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool until lukewarm (approx. 37°C–40°C).

3. Measure Liquid: Pour 210 ml of lukewarm water (or warm milk) into a cup.

4. Add Powder: Using the provided scoop, add 7 level scoops (approx. 33.5 g) of NANGROW™ powder.

5. Mix & Serve: Stir briskly until the powder is fully dissolved, and serve immediately.

Recommended Dosage: Serve 2 times daily as part of a varied, balanced diet for optimal physical and mental growth.
