How to Prepare
1. Mix the Batter: Step 1.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of Slurrp Farm Chocolate Pancake Mix with ½ cup of milk (or plant-based milk) and 1 egg (or 1 tbsp of melted butter/curd for an eggless recipe). Whisk into a smooth, pourable batter.
2. Warm the Pan: Step 2.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over a medium-low flame and lightly grease with a little butter or ghee.
3. Pour & Cook: Step 3.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until tiny bubbles appear on the surface.
4. Flip & Serve: Step 4.
Gently flip and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes until fully cooked and fluffy. Serve warm topped with fresh berries, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of maple syrup!
