3-Step Preparation Guide
1. Step 1: Boil the Rice.
Soak the rice for 30 minutes. Boil 1 litre of water with salt, oil, and the provided whole spices. Add rice and cook until 75% done, then drain the water.
2. Step 2: Prepare Gravy.
Sauté your choice of vegetables, chicken, or paneer in oil. Add the Hyderabadi Biryani Paste with a little water and simmer until cooked through.
3. Step 3: Layer & Dum Cook.
