How to Prepare
1. Prepare the Batter: Step 1.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of MTR Dosa Mix with 1 cup of water and ½ cup of curd (yoghurt) to form a smooth, pourable batter.
2. Let It Rest: Step 2.
Allow the batter to sit for 5 to 10 minutes so the ingredients hydrate and thicken slightly.
3. Ladle & Spread: Step 3.
Heat a flat tawa or skillet over a medium flame and grease lightly with oil or ghee. Pour a ladleful of batter into the centre and spread it outward in a circular motion to the desired thickness.
4. Roast & Serve: Step 4.
Drizzle a few drops of oil/ghee around the edges. Cook until the bottom turns golden-brown and crisp. Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or potato masala!
